At the heart of every true Epicurean and connoisseur of life is a sense of appreciation, of respect, of Reverence. We worked with Mainsail Lodging & Development to extend an invitation to experience and appreciate every moment of the process. This identity blends the chaos in the kitchen and the refined art of plating, offering a chance to go deeper, sampling and savoring along the way.

Inspired by the restaurants’ design, allowing a more connected experience to the kitchen through the open view, I created a mark that balanced the duality of the culinary world. The abstract element represents the fast-paced, sometimes hectic, environment within the kitchen. While the delicate golden ring symbolizes the art of plating and the refined environment that guests experience. The wordmark was custom-made based on the Epicurean hotel wordmark, to connect the restaurant further.

Taking inspiration from iconic Spode tableware; a timeless and international staple. 







Concept 2: Official Tastemakers

Inspired by the tastemakers, those who play a crucial role in determining what is desirable in terms of food and dining experiences.
