With a mission to create a healthier future for children and women – Texas Children’s is consistently ranked as one of the best children’s hospitals in the nation. To continue providing the highest level of care, they prioritize hiring the best individuals within their field and to do so, sought out SPARK’s assistance in updating their employee website.

We worked together to bring a more modern, easy-to-navigate point of interest for future employees to gather information, apply to opportunities, and further expand their level of care by highlighting the individuals who make Texas Children’s what it is today - a leading children’s hospital.

Throughout this years-long process, we started with word-mapping and ideation of various layouts and module designs. Created a thorough site map, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. We worked with a third-party developer from the beginning to the final product, creating a more user-friendly and visually engaging website.
